1 How do I place an order?
Simply Visit our 'Market' Page. Choose your product, add it to your cart. When you're ready to make your purchase, click 'Checkout' or click on the Shopping Cart in the upper right hand corner of this website. Once you visit the checkout page, just follow the prompts to enter in your billing and shipping information. Your order will be processed in the order in which it was received. We ship out all orders within 3 Business days unless otherwise noted.
2 Payment & Shipping
At the present moment, all payments are processed through PayPal Merchant Services and shipped through USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified in your order. We ship orders out from our facility within 3 Business Days of receiving your order; and it takes 3-5 days for USPS Priority Mail to arrive to you.
3 Secure Ordering & Payment Options
Our Merchant Services Checkout Page is always secure for transactions, though we are able to process payments over the phone for an additional 3.5% fee and we can also arrange for Check or Money Order under Special Arrangements. No orders will be fulfilled or shipped until the entire payment amount has been cleared. We do not store Customer CC Data or other Sensitive Information to protect our Customers and Clients.
4 Returns & Refunds
Unless there is a product deficiency in bottling or quality, all sales are final. We will provide new bottles or re-ship an order if the order is broken, tampered with, altered during shipping, or for some reason not up to our Standards of Quality when you receive your order. Just contact us with any relevant pictures or photos concerning your order as well as a description of what went wrong. We go through great trouble to ensure that our customers receive their orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.
