Frequently Asked Questions

What is StoneBlood?

Simply put, StoneBlood is a mineral tonic — the same substance the old world called shilajit. It is a naturally occurring resin, harvested from high mountain rock, rich in the full spectrum of minerals the body draws on for everyday function.

Why do you call it StoneBlood?

"Stone Blood" is an old, nature-based name that describes the substance honestly. Much like the blood in the body carries what our cells need, this mineral resin carries the vital minerals of the ecosystem — circulated up from within the earth's crust and across the surface of the planet by water and time, over centuries.

What is it traditionally used for?

Across many traditions, shilajit has been called a rasayana — a rejuvenator — and used to support the body's resilience through stress, exertion, and the mineral depletion of modern life. We make no medical claims; we simply offer a clean, potent, full-spectrum mineral tonic.

Why do you make it as a liquid?

When I first came to StoneBlood and surveyed the market, all I saw was powder and pitch — used in unspecified amounts and stirred into water. It seemed obvious to prepare it as a water tonic with a dropper, so you get a consistent, specific dose with ease — no mess, no guessing, no extra step to dissolve a pitch.

Is the pitch better?

Not really. Pitch is just more of a commodity form. It still has to be diluted in liquid or swallowed as-is. The liquid is ready to go — straight to the mouth, or into a drink — at the same concentration every time.

Will you make a powder?

I'm working on one. For years I was wary of powders, because they're so easy to cut, counterfeit, or falsify — and most on the open market are. I won't release a powder until I'm confident it carries the same quality I stand behind in the liquid.

How do I know it's pure?

In the harvesting, refining, and bottling of StoneBlood, I am the only person who touches the product. I test for heavy metals and biological contamination, and every batch is backed by a Certificate of Analysis. Many commercial products are imported and either aren't truly shilajit or aren't ethically harvested. I stand firmly behind mine as pure and authentic.

How do I take it?

Add one dropper full (about 10–15 drops) to water, coffee, tea, or food once daily. Start small and adjust to taste.
