Bottling and facility certification
Bottling, sealing and packaging are performed by Blue Mountain Labs LLC, 7 S 1550 W No. 100, Lindon, Utah 84042, under a signed product specification.
- The documented facility certificate for Blue Mountain Labs was issued by the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, Division of Regulatory Services
- Certificate No. REG-2025-19108, issued July 17, 2025 and valid for one year from the notarized date
- The facility is registered and inspected for dietary supplement production, meeting Good Manufacturing Practice requirements under 21 CFR 117
- Subject to inspection at regular intervals by state and federal regulators
Lot 2603006 was produced in March 2026, within the documented certificate’s validity period. This certificate does not establish the facility’s certification status after its stated validity period.
Whole-batch shilajit testing
The refined shilajit sample identified below was tested by MiChem Analytical Laboratory Inc., Ogden, Utah. These results describe that sample. They do not establish the composition or testing results of every finished bottle.
