What is shilajit?
In Ayurveda, shilajit is considered a Rasayana with a long history of traditional use. It oozes from mountain rock as a thick, tar-like resin — the product of millions of years of compressed plant material and humus.

How to use

- Third-party tested for heavy metals and microbials by New Wave Scientific, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory (PJLA Certificate No. L23-126-2).
- Whole-batch shilajit tested — batch-tested by MiChem Analytical Laboratory, Ogden, Utah (reported August 2026): heavy metals by ICP-MS (arsenic 0.553 ppm; lead 0.050 ppm; cadmium 0.001 ppm; mercury below 0.001 ppm), with Salmonella, E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa negative and yeast, mold and aerobic counts below limits.
